 The symbols in the SQ4CD hintbook aren't being drawn correctly in ScummVM.

 This is due to parsing escaped hex codes from message text. SQ4CD predates
 this interpreter feature but ScummVM applies it to all games.

 Attached are screenshots and a save with the hintbook
