 The title is preatty self-explenatory.
 Emulators likes Dolphin, ppsspp, reicast (the retroarch core), and others,
 can dump graphics from the games and load back user-enhanced versions of
 the same.
 It would be amazing do it with scummvm. Imagine "curse of monkey Island"
 with graphics upscaled by AI (esrgan, topaz or others) retain the style of
 the original, but in HD glory; or imagine a game like Loom redrawn today.
