 Several games (Lure of the Temptress, Might and Magic 4/5, Rex Nebular,
 Ringworld, others?) in ScummVM originally supported Roland MT-32, but lack
 Roland MT-32 support under ScummVM. If a user selects Roland MT-32 for
 these games, this is no visual display about the lack of Roland MT-32
 support though.

 It would be useful to have a GUI Dialog in this situation, letting the
 user know that Roland MT-32 in currently not supported in these games.
