Comment:

 The installer is 32 bit, but it includes both the 32 bit and the 64 bit.
 The port is called "Win32" internally. "Win32" is the platform name and
 covers both the 32 bit and the 64 bit platforms since the API itself is
 called Win32 by Microsoft - there's no "Win64" API.

 We have no plans changing the platform name at the moment.
