Comment:

 From what I can tell, this is because the Android backend doesn't handle
 the
 [https://developer.android.com/reference/android/view/MotionEvent.html#BUTTON_STYLUS_PRIMARY
 BUTTON_STYLUS_PRIMARY] button state when handling mouse events.
