 Fixed in 3de471de36f22c12604d60be16f270c594510a56

 Thank you for the helpful steps to reproduce and for figuring out that it
 was related to the background. The blue background with marbles around its
 border also did this.

 This would have indeed been a pain to test, but I patched the game to win
 on the first Ace =)
