 I have noticed as well that it no longer seems possible to set the owner
 of a ticket without either setting it as pending or setting a resolution.

 However commit hash link to github are working for me (see for example my
 first comment from yesterday on ticket #11327). It looks like it is trying
 to create a link with your hash as well but cannot find it.

 Also I was initially looking at this ticket without being logged in, and
 when I logged in it brought me back to this ticket (as I would expect).
 But I think I have noticed as well in the past that it sometimes send me
 to the homepage and not back to the page I was in when I logged in. So
 there might indeed be an issue there.
