 You're right. Not everything in the game is translated to German, since
 some of the text for the game, such as for user interface elements, are
 held in the game executable. The German fan patch provides a replacement
 with the text changed, but since Nuvie, and now ScummVM, is a replacement
 for the game's executable, it doesn't include those changes. As an
 example, I've attached a screenshot showing this.. although Lord British's
 name is still in English, the text of the conversation, coming from game
 data files, is translated.

 The only way for a full German translation would be to extend Nuvie with
 all the relevant German text. I'll leave this ticket open; it's outside
 the scope of a simple fix, so could be considered a feature request for
 the future for anyone interested in tackling it.
