 I think files and folders are a special case in which it's expected that
 everything should be the same. Maybe because they present endless lists?
 In any case, I think this theoretical screenshot looks amazing. It doesn't
 hurt it features the buttons (like "Start") at the right and not in the
 left like in my case:
