 And thank you for the pull request.

 In the long term it would be nice to support high-DPI rendering (not just
 on mac, but any platform with a high-DPI screen). But I can't really start
 working on that without any computer or device to test it. So we will
 either have to wait for another developer to work on this, or for me to
 get a new computer. This is related to bug #10944.
