 It is not possible to toggle character movement mode or enable voice
 subtitles using the CTRL keyboard shortcuts. The setting for subtitles in
 residual doesn't enable the text either.

 I found out the issue is only when using the right control key. Right
 control doesn't seem to work at all as the debug keys don't work using it
 too. Everything works fine using the left control.

 I confirm that is still the case in version 0.4 and that the right CTRL
 key works in the original game.
