 This fan patch is already compatible with ScummVM. It's distributed as
 patch files to be placed alongside the original game files from CDs or
 from GOG, which we have detection entries for.

 It looks like what you have is a repackaged volume file created by third
 party tools. If that's the case then you need to take the real files from
 CDs or GOG and then apply the fan patch to it.
