Comment:

 I added the missing file to the installer package (due to an error in the
 .iss file that contains the instructions for how to build the setup file)
 the DLL was only included on 32bit installs, not on 64bit systems - fixed.

 Thanks again for reporting - please redownload and try again, it'll work
 now :-)
