 The current implementation let the user only access the ScummVM menu via
 Shift-F5, which is correct behavior. But I am sure no user would mind, if
 the more intuitive F5 (or Esc) would be used to access this menu. I am not
 sure how hard it is to implement the original game menu, but this would be
 even cooler. As the ScummVM menu has all functionality (except Jukebox
 Audiotest), I think it is neglectable.
