 Reproduce:
 1) Enter game
 2) Earn 100GPfor a horse
 3) Go to Paws and buy a horse
 4) (Y)ell to start horse galloping (takes two steps for each movement)
 5) Find a monster on the overworld and enter combat while still galloping

 In combat your character will still take two steps.
