 In Crusader: No Remorse, many gamers prefer the Numeric Keypad movement,
 as you can control the entire game with pretty much just one hand. This is
 not available in ScummVM without extensively remapping the keys. It would
 be nice if we could have the keys that are available in the manual of
 Crusader: No Remorse without needing to remap each and every key in the
 game.
