 This has made me notice another inconsistency.  The original game has two
 flows:

 start from dos -> intro movies -> difficulty menu -> voice mail movie ->
 game
 game (press esc) -> game menu (new game) -> difficulty menu -> voice mail
 movie -> game

 In the second flow, ScummVM currently plays the intro movies again, which
 is not right.  It will simplify the code to follow the original game flow
 in both cases.
