 Debugger shows from start 2 dead threads and unrecoverable error EUser-
 CBase 69. SDK docs say that happens because thread wrong initialised.

 I build with one engine builtin - AGS. Any ideas welcome.

 I think that comes from ScummVM' C++ headers replacement.
