 Yes, I saw the video.

 To understand whether the problem is in the decoder, could you please text
 "Blue's Clues: Blue's Birthday Adventure (Windows Alternative Demo)" from
 our website (https://downloads.scummvm.org/frs/demos/scumm/he
 /BluesBirthday-win-demo2-us.zip) and tell me if the actor animations
 (which are also Smacker videos) all smooth or choppy.
