 Fixed in 18ee050adf
 The dialog is now only shown if normal saves are found in autosave slots.

 For now I am parking the potential performance issue when a high number of
 games have been added to ScummVM with no or only a few normal saves in
 autosaves slots. If this proves to be a performance issue, then a separate
 ticket should be created for it.
