 default controller layout causes skipped dialog etc
 change bindings so that keys are not duplicated in default config
 example: "Joy A" =  use/talk & skip dialog
 causes issues with interaction and talking.
 - while this can easily be changed by the user, it might effect some
 people not aware this is happening.
