New description:

 The player can still move during in-game cutscenes / animations where the
 cursor disappears and the player character isn't supposed to be moving.
 This can be done by pressing and holding right-click. It is as if the
 walking functionality isn't disabled, even though the cursor is no longer
 visible. This only works when the player character is supposed to be
 stationary. While the game is moving the player character during a
 cutscene, this glitch doesn't work.
