 If I keymap the left-click to a keyboard key (e.g. [Alt]), I can mouse-
 over a book and open it by tapping the [Alt] key twice. However, I can not
 advance pages or close the book with the [Alt] key anymore. I can only
 advance pages or close the book by actually left-clicking with my mouse.
