 The colour conversion seems to be pretty much the same as after that old
 commit, which was probably based on the description in
 https://multimedia.cx/mirror/cinepak.txt

 Do we have any screenshots from the original engine to confirm that there
 is a difference? (From what I understand, the attached screenshots are all
 from ScummVM?)
