 While our Windows builds do support Windows XP:

 I think that most testing has been done using Windows XP SP3.

 That API was added by SP3. See:
 https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/api/sysinfoapi/nf-
 sysinfoapi-getlogicalprocessorinformation

 I would suggest upgrading your Windows XP machine to SP3 if possible...
 for other reasons such as Wannacry if you have it on the internet :|
