 https://github.com/scummvm/scummvm/pull/3160 is a possible solution for
 this implementing the UI volumes as the maximum range for the scripted
 volume.

 It should be noted that the workaround for the inverted volume range in
 fangames is not being triggered in some cases i.e. if the detection
 entries is not using a FANGAME_ macro or otherwise setting the GF_FANMADE
 feature flag. I have corrected several which were reported as
 https://bugs.scummvm.org/ticket/9829
