 I also experience this bug.

 It seems to be this Upstream Bug Report
 [https://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/791 ticket 791].

 According to [https://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/10151 ticket 10151] it can
 only be solved by using the [https://trac-
 hacks.org/wiki/AccountManagerPlugin Account Manager Plugin].

 Maybe someone could take a look at that?
 Otherwise it would be good to at least add a note for users, so they are
 not confused by it.
 And to investigate whether this is a security problem or not.
