 I don't know if it helps at all, but looking through Youtube for
 playthroughs of the game (it's hard to be sure if they are using ScummVM
 or not -- most probably are), there are a few of playthroughs where even
 the voiced line won't play at all:

 This is a French version, and the description says that it's played in
