Comment:

 I can't replicate this.
 I've tried the following versions under Windows 10:
 - Daily 64 and 32 bit version
 - Stable 64 and 32 bit version 2.2.0

 With all the executables, I was able to play Indiana Jones 4, Loom, Police
 Quest 2 and Space Quest 3 just fine with the MT-32 emulator.

 Also, ScummVM already includes munt, so you don't need to install anything
 else. You just choose "MT-32 emulator" as your preferred device in the
 audio settings.

 The error you're getting comes from munt itself and it seems like you
 either got a bad set of MT-32 ROMs, or no ROMS at all. These are necessary
 to get MT-32 working.
