 The "patch" in fact isn't a patch. This is a full illegal download of the
 game. And it isn't even the translated original version, but a fan remake
 for the A1200/4000 which is basically a combination of the DOS and Amiga
 versions with some extra features (= basically doubled piracy, since they
 distribute DOS and Amiga version files).
