 I've downloaded 2.3.0git17584 win32; it detects and runs the game. Note
 that I have Fedora 33.

 Problems:
 1) Fonts do not show Czech characters. Console shows:

 WARNING: Unable to load the font 'fonts/folkard.ttf'!

 2) Full screen results in a black screen.
