Comment:

 Did you try clicking or tapping with two fingers just as could be
 customized in the settings?

 Also, in case this does not work for you, you need to take a look at the
 libsdl.org settings, the library which scummvm uses for user input.

 Several developers of ScummVM use macs, me included. There never were
 problems with right clicking.
