 When moving the mouse cursor over a saved game in the "Load Game" screen,
 then the screen is flickering. It seems ScummVM wants to show a preview
 image of the saved game, but loads the image below the game UI, causing
 the complete game view to rescale. On the next movement - as no element is
 located below the mouse cursor any more - the UI is scaled back to normal,
 and then the cycle continues.
