 I have a MacBook with MacOS 10.15.7. I use the built-in trackball, no
 mouse.

 When a program requires the use of the mouse right button, normally I
 press ctrl+left button and it works. However, it's not working with
 ScummVM.

 Plus, in the Options -> Keymap tab, I can't find a way to set the keymap
 for virtual mouse right button.

 This seems to make almost all games unusable for me.
