 This is a bug that already plagued the original interpreter. Olivia's
 smoking animation in the Blue Casket is bugged. Right now she puts her
 cigarette to her temple and also ejects the smoke from there.

 What was most likely supposed to to happen was for her to turn her head up
 and to the left to take a drag and then blow out the smoke before moving
 her head back to its original position.

 Is that somehow fixable?
