 Thanks for confirming. I think everything should work in that pull request
 now, except the Spanish floppy version hasn't actually been tested. But
 since the speech is the same (English) and the subtitles appear to be
 identical, the timing changes that work for the CD version ''should'' also
 work for the floppy version.

 Since everything was done by trial and error, you can imagine I'm getting
 pretty sick of the Sam & Max intro. So if any other versions turn up I may
 scream. :-)
