Comment:

 I fixed this in all versions by removing the script patch last year in
 21b6ea143f8ed7789ce08b10700445bf4e883dfb -- I didn't know this was a known
 problem four years ago!

 I don't know what problems the script patch was supposed to fix, but I
 have every version and it breaks drawing in all of them.
