 This only seems to apply if in a 3D game.

 Step 1: Start a 3D game
 Step 2: Click the green button to enter macOS style fullscreen
 Step 3: Press alt-enter to enter "proper" fullscreen.

 Result: ScummVM crashes.

 ScummVM 2.5.1 on MacOS 12.3 Monterey
