New description:

 ScummVM version: 2.6.1 & 2.7.0git5300
 OS: Windows 10

 Bug Details: When launching games from the command line that have a user
 prompt (eg "Warning: The game you are about to start is not yet fully
 supported...") the game does not run. Instead it attempts to launch,
 flashes the dialog box very briefly, and then crashes out to the ScummVM
 game launcher. According the the status window ScummVM is reporting
 "failed to instantiate engine: user canceled"
