 In the puzzle with the encrypted message, the handling of Cusror and the
 letters is faulty. The letters are offset and it is hardly possible to
 solve the puzzle.

 The solution of the puzzle is:
 FIND SMERDYAKOV OR YOUR WIFE DIES
