 Thank you for your report! I'm currently looking into it.

 While building new installers is indeed broken right now, the executables
 themselves are still built.

 This means that you can use the .7z archives at https://scummvm.serra.me
 /scummvm-snapshot-2.6.0git-general-win32.7z if you want to test the latest
 and greatest builds :-)
