 This is closely related to #13523. But this is about detail commentaries,
 not generic ones.
 Two examples:
 - when using the access card on F5, Chewy says "Entrance denied", so it is
 situation/hotspot specific. In the current version of ScummVM he says
 "Useless", "No Chance"
 - Mister Smith Big Revenge, Howards script can be read up to chapter 6.
