 > The cause of this turned out to be the same as the cause for #13381.
 Because the silencer was marked as currently teleporting, the camera did
 not move to the dev team photo.  With the workaround for #13381 in place,
 it now moves correctly.

 I'm starting to suspect that maybe having seen the devteam photo was what
 caused the issue to begin with, maybe it's what set that teleporting flag
 and didn't clear it?
