 This is with 2.7.0git (built from current master HEAD) on Windows 10 x64,
 testing with the latest version of the game on GOG and Steam.

 Pressing any of the Ctrl keys on my keyboard (which is indeed mapped to
 changing the action) does not show the action selection menu popup as it's
 supposed to. Instead I just get a notification text at the bottom left
 stating the current action status of Twinsen (eg. "Normal" or "Athletic
 and so on).

 Note, holding Ctrl down pauses Twinsen but the rest of the game keeps on
 going.
