 During testing the game crashed to desktop several times during the
 surveys.
 In chapter 11, the log message was:

 {{{
 ERROR: TLC:RegionsLoad: Question 'tat11014' was not found!
 }}}


 In chapter 15, just before the ending movie:

 {{{
 ERROR: TLC:RegionsLoad: Question 'tat15082' was not found!
 }}}


 Replaying from a previous save, I was not able to replicate the error in
 Chapter 11.  However, the Chapter 15 crash occurred about 80% of the time
 when I replayed the section.  I assume this is due to the randomness of
 some of the questions.

 I was running the June 13 stable build of 2.6.0 on MacOS 11.6.7 on x64
 Intel.  I have the CD version of the game.
