 When playing the AGD Interactive remake of Quest for Glory II (not the
 original Sierra version), I am unable to open the special action function
 bar (this is the 5th icon along the top of the screen, just to the right
 of the "talk" icon). Activating this bar should provide a pop-up menu of
 items that I may activate for other actions, such as running, sneaking,
 resting, checking my character sheet, checking the time of day, etc.

 Luckily I can work around this somewhat using hotkeys like CTRL-S or
 CTRL-T, but this appears to be broken functionality.

 I am using the Feb 27, 2022 build 2.6.0git3339-g5cb8202d9bc
