In the original Ultima 6, Gargoyles mainly wield boomerangs, halberds, and
clubs. In the ScummVM version of Ultima 6, Gargoyles each have 10-15
throwing axes. That not only is incorrect, but it makes it very annoying
and cumbersome to search them.
In the original Ultima 6, bridge trolls mainly wield throwing axes or
spears, and very rarely and occasionally clubs or bows and arrows. In the
ScummVM version of Ultima 6, bridge trolls wield everything...throwing
axes, spears, bows and arrows, clubs, etc. This not only fills the screen
with throwing axes and spears, but it also requires me to search through
20+ items every time I search a bridge troll, where in the original I
might see maybe 6 or 8 items.
This seems to be true across the board. Loot and weapons used by enemies
is increased manyfold in the ScummVM version of Ultima 6, which makes
things quite unbalanced.
