 Some platforms (DS, PSP, N64, Dingoo) only support the MAME OPL driver,
 which only implements OPL2 emulation. However the Windows version of ITE
 (and the DOS version when the Miles instruments are missing) specifically
 requests OPL3 support, and will refuse to start if it's not available.
