 Thanks for the reply, theres no need for save game as this will happen no
 matter if its new game or from a saved game. like i said i have restarted
 the game form the beginning and walk to that area without doing anything
 else and still crashed, i have also followed a walkthrough and did exactly
 like him and for me it always crashed.

 i will do what you said and add new screenshot, hope this helps
