 You mean the game main menu? You should be able to move the highlighted
 line using the buttons set as up/down in the keymapper and validate using
 enter or mouseclick. You can't open the options screen however, it's not
 implemented.
 The shortcut for ScummVM's global menu is CTRL-F5. You can save/load
 there.
